How to place an order?

  • Browse in our online collection
  • Select the items by clicking on them, choose your size, then add them to the shopping cart.
  • Once all your items are selected, go to your shopping cart to validate: Terms of Use (tick this box after reading the general conditions of sale) and the order (by clicking on the payment button) "
  • Please ensure that the size, color and quantity are correct prior to confirming your order.
  • At this point, a new window will open which will enable you to enter your contact and delivery details.
    (Once your address is entered, the shipping costs will appear)
  • Select your preferred shipping method
  • Make your payment securely

How to use a credit note or promotional code?

After validating your payment method, enter your promotional code in the field provided for this purpose - at the top right corner of your shopping cart summary page. Press the button “Apply”. The total amount of your order is then automatically updated.

Should I order my usual size?

A size guide is available for each product on our website to help you find the right size for you.
Please remember to consult the size guide prior to placing your order since we do not exchange goods in the event of an error on your part. A blue link appears on the product pages. In our most recent surveys, our customers confirmed that they ordered their usual size. If you are in-between sizes, we suggest you order the larger one.

 

PAYMENT

Is the payment secure?

Yes, your payment will be 100% secure when ordering with Mokarran. The SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol ensures that all the data provided during your transaction is completely secured and encrypted. We have no access to your banking details since they are encrypted and transferred securely to our Paypal account.

What are the accepted payment methods?

The accepted payment methods are: via Paypal, by credit card via Paypal (without having an account) or by bank transfer.

  • PAYPAL

There are two options available when making payments via Paypal:
1. Make a Paypal payment by creating an account directly on the Paypal website
2. Make a payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) via Paypal, but without opening an account on Paypal.

  • BANK TRANSFER

You can also pay your order by bank transfer. To do so, simply click on “Bank transfer” when choosing your payment method.

DELIVERY

What are the available delivery methods?

Mokarran offers several delivery methods in the United States. The shipping costs and delivery times will appear as soon as you enter your delivery details.

Orders are shipped no later than 7 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times depend on the address and delivery method you have selected (they are indicated in working days in: Shipping method).

What information should I provide if I live in a residence with access codes?

Please provide as many details as possible in the description of your delivery address so that your shipment arrives quickly and also to prevent it from being returned to us. Specify the name of your residence, your building, your place of residence and access codes if any.

What happens if I am absent during the delivery of my shipment?

The delivery man will leave a notice of delivery attempt in your mailbox and drop the package at the nearest post office. You will then have 15 days to collect it from the date showing on your attempted delivery notice.

Can I use a different billing address?

Yes, you can use a billing address that is different from your delivery address. To do so, simply click on “use a different billing address” in the check-out page and fill in the pop-up form. Your order will then be invoiced to this alternative address.

 

RETURNS

How do I return my order?

You can return an item that doesn't fit within 14 days of receiving your order.
The return process is very easy, all you need to do is place the product in its original packaging and refer to the return procedure in the Terms of Use - sections 10 and 11.

GARMENT CARE

How to wash and iron your Mokarran t-shirt or hoodie?

A machine wash at 30 ° C (maximum temperature) will do. A low temperature will ensure that your clothes retain their original size and that they remain soft and in a “like-new” condition. We strongly recommend that you dry your garments naturally and iron them inside out.
